And the PE liner can be inserted as customer’s requirement, what’s more, unlike traditional PE liner, this PE liner is same height as outer woven bag, The PE liner inserted by auto-machines, release the labor at the same. And the PE liner is spot glued with outer paper woven bag, when bags are packed, the packing can be more easy and neat.
Compared with traditional kraft paper laminated woven bag, middle sealed kraft paper laminated woven bag has following advantages: 1. The outlook of bag is more delicate, the bag side is smooth, it won’t cut worker’s hands when operating compared with side sealed bag. See picture below:
2. Spot glued PE liner can be applied to middle sealed paper woven bag. PE liner is glued to outer bag by auto machine, which rapidly increases production speed compare with traditional inserting liner by labor.
3. Packing of middle sealed kraft paper laminated woven bag is more tidy, better suit for pallet packing. The robot can automatically palletize, making pallet more beautiful. Beside, the standard palletize can help to reduce the space wast when loading container.
