The back sealed pp woven bag is not tubular shape as traditional pp woven bag. It is made by one piece of pp woven fabric heated with high temperature, there is usually seaming on the back.
For bopp laminated pp woven bag, the back sealed pp woven bag can be more concise, because for tubular pp woven bag with bopp lamination, we need to conserve bopp printing sheet on the bridge of bag, but it depends on customer’s demand. Both two options are popular in the market.
Another advantage of back sealed pp woven bag is it can apply with glued PE liner during production. For traditional PE liner, it is usually inserted by machine or labor hand, size of the PE liner is bigger than outer pp woven bag. But for back sealed pp woven bag, the PE liner is same width and length with outer pp woven bag. And on the mouth of bag, the PE liner is glued on pp woven bag, so bag can be easily open. Therefore, back sealed pp woven bag is good choice for fully automated production line to release labor.
In the future, automated production line will be the trend, there is a big market for back sealed pp woven bags.
