The big size commonly means sacks for heavy weight capacity like 100kg, 250kg, 500kg etc. These sacks are usually has width over 70cm, and length over 100cm. For example, for 100kg we produced 70x127cm, 75x118cm. The material of pp woven fabric can be white, blue, yellow or other colors. Customers from Africa mostly like the pp woven sack with color stripes, therefore, we need to customize the color pattern for them. For normal white color, the production time will be faster.
Big size woven sack can be applied with flexo printing logo as customer requires. Our machine support 1-6 colors printing, which can utmostly meets the demand for customers.
The top of big size woven sack can be zigzag, flat, Bag bottom of it can be single fold/double fold, single stitched/double stitched, stitching thread can be 0.6cm each one stitch, which is more denser for some products like powder, flour packaging.
