There are various types of woven polypropylene bag. Mainly are plain pp woven bag, bopp laminated woven bag, and kraft paper laminated woven bag.Those bags can provide customer different demand for packaging. We can printing customer logo or designs by flexo printing and gravure printing.
Kraft paper laminated woven bag is a packaging method combined with kraft paper and pp woven fabric. Its thickness and firmness is better than pure pp woven bags. This kind of packaging bags are commonly used for industrial products, especially for packaging plastic granules, chemical products like resin, fertilizer, chemical powder etc…
The printing of kraft paper laminated woven bag can be flexo printing or both bopp laminated. Size of the bag is from 30cm to 65cm width generally. Bag bottom sealed with paper, without any leakage of powder, which has a better sealing effect than pure pp woven bags as well.
Another new type of kraft paper-woven bag is back sealed bag. This back sealed bag can be applied with PE liner glued together with outer bags, which is better adapted to the auto operation machine in future.
